Another Holy Week is in the books! Thanks to all who volunteered to make this year’s services happen. As you know, we added some additional lunch and dinner services to accommodate those that could not attend the early morning services. Here’s some statistics from Holy Week:
Average attendance at morning service: 88
Average attendance at lunch services: 23
Average attendance at evening services: 57
Number of children that attended the Maundy Thursday Lesson : 31
The Crucifixion, which has been portrayed by the Winchester First youth group for over 50 years, has certainly become a community event. What a wonderful way to celebrate the Good News Story of Jesus with our community! We are so proud of our 3D Youth and their hard work and dedication to this powerful drama each year. Thanks also to those that humbly volunteer to assist our youth with to make it possible. We couldn’t do it without you! Here are just a few pictures taken on Good Friday.
